The General Questions Form is for people who have questions about our school, courses, and instructors.

The Technical Support Form is for people who are experiencing technical issues accessing Chestnut School and its online programs.

If you are a current Chestnut student and have a question about a lesson or course content, please log in and use the “Submit a Question” form. If you are unable to log in or have any other technical issues please fill out the Technical Support Form.

If you are not receiving emails from us, you may need to change your subscription preference here.

Please note that we are unable to answer general herbal questions or give personal health advice due to legal and time restraints. For health concerns, we recommend you schedule a full consultation with a clinical herbalist. Here is a directory of herbal practitioners in the United States.

ATTENTION: The Chestnut School will be on our annual fall break from Wednesday, November 23rd through Sunday, November 27th.
Any questions you submit during this time will be answered promptly the week we return. If you turn in any assignments over the next few weeks, please give us four weeks to review your work from the date it was submitted.
