Wild Greens Bagel Recipe

This recipe is a heart-healthy twist on the classic toasted bagel featuring violet leaves and flowers, chickweed greens, and homemade medicinal garlic sauce served on a whole grain bagel.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole grain bagel
  • Handful of wild greens
  • Handful of violet leaves and flowers
  • 1 Tablespoon Homemade Medicinal Garlic Sauce (Recipe here)

Directions
 

  • Gather wild greens (such as chickweed), violet leaves and flowers.
  • Slather both sides of a toasted bagel with Homemade Medicinal Garlic Sauce.
  • Top bagel with wild greens, violet leaves and flowers.
