Witch Hazel Sore Muscles Liniment
This soothing liniment provides relief for tired muscles anywhere on your body, from feet to neck. Simply shake well, then apply directly or with a cloth to sore areas, massaging gently; for ease, consider using a spray bottle for quick application.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- ½ cup witch hazel tincture*
- 7 drops rosemary essential oil (Salvia rosmarinus)
- 7 drops lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
- 7 drops eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus)
- ⅓ cup distilled water
Strain the witch hazel tincture and add essential oils and distilled water.
Shake well and apply using a cloth or spray bottle. Massage gently.
If stored in a cool, dry place this liniment can last a year or more (if you have not already used it up by then).
Make sure to use a rubber or plastic lid, as metal will corrode and make it almost impossible to open the container.
